TravelCorp is a premium private chauffeur service based in Kraainem, near Brussels. It offers airport transfers, hourly chauffeur hire and long-distance trips in a Mercedes V-Class. TravelCorp is a brand of Limocorp SRL.
Which vehicle do you use?
A black 2026 Mercedes V-Class Extra Long with face-to-face leather seats. It carries 7 passengers and 16 bags (8 large and 8 small).
Which languages does the driver speak?
English, French, Dutch and Classical Arabic. A page in Arabic is available for our clients from the Gulf.
Are you available at night and at weekends?
Yes, TravelCorp operates 24/7, on booking.
Is the driver licensed?
Yes, our drivers are licensed professionals.
Airports and prices
How much is a transfer between Brussels and Brussels Airport (Zaventem)?
From €55 in a Mercedes V-Class van, fixed price. Same price for Brussels train stations.
How much is a transfer to Charleroi Airport?
€135 from Brussels, fixed price.
What are your prices to other cities?
Fixed prices from Brussels: Antwerp €89, Ghent €115, Liège €189, Bruges €199, Lille €219, Ostend €229, Amsterdam €379, Paris Charles de Gaulle €579. Other destinations on request.
Can the price change on the day?
No. The price we quote is fixed, even in heavy traffic.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. The first hour of waiting at the airport is free.
Will the driver wait for me in the arrivals hall?
Yes, with a sign showing your name.
Hourly hire and groups
Can I hire a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes, €60 per hour, 3 hours minimum (from €180). Ideal for business meetings, shopping or sightseeing.
Can I add hours during the day?
Yes. To keep the same driver, book extra hours by the day before at the latest (ideally 48 hours ahead), at €75 per hour. Hours added on the day are still possible, but the driver may change.
Can you transport a large group?
Yes. With our partners, TravelCorp provides several Mercedes V-Class vans for groups, conferences and events. Please book at least 48 hours ahead. Group and event transport in Brussels
Booking and payment
How do I book?
On WhatsApp at +32 483 27 32 36 or through the website form. Send us the date, time, address or flight number, number of passengers and bags. You receive a fixed price confirmed in writing.
How can I pay?
Online by card (Stripe), by payment link, or to the driver on the day, by card or in cash.
Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes, a VAT invoice in your company’s name.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Please tell us the children’s ages when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 12 hours before pick-up.
Is there a night surcharge?
No. The price is the same day and night, 24/7.
